Built based on the student's preferred time allotment (15, 30, 60, or 90 minute classes available), taking you through a series of grounding exercises, sun salutations, and soft opening movements to create space, clear the mind, and open the heart. Classes are created based on a personal basis and because of this classes must be booked a minimum of 2 days (48 hours) in advance.
Creating the same safe space as with personal/individual practices, with the addition of friends/others energy! (One of my favorite ways to practice). I can accommodate groups ranging from 2 individuals up to 10 and classes are created based on an intention cultivated by myself and the students practicing.

A starting place for those looking to educate themselves on science-based nutritional basics- typically 30 minutes long this consult includes a personal macronutrient breakdown of your intake, a specific macronutrient split based on your personal body composition goals to follow moving forward, and the tools to begin your journey to the absolute best version of you.
Personal 1-1 Nutritional Coaching includes:
-Personal breakdown of food history
-Personalized macronutrient split and fluid intake suggestions, revised weekly
-Weekly FaceTime check-ins (1 hour in length)
-Movement/Expenditure suggestions based on your personal body composition goals
-Meal plan based on your macronutrient allotment, food preferences, food allergies, cultural preferences, etc.
-Support regarding food choices, psychological obstacles, and emotional support
A more cost effective option for personal 1-1 Nutritional Coaching that includes all the tools listed above, however check-ins will happen electronically via email/photo/video. Check-in dates are determined by myself and the client to work best with your schedule. This option allows for more flexibility and does not include access to me via cell phone during the week.
